About The Imaginal Foundation
At the heart of Imaginal Foundation lies the vision of our founder, Lucy Nolan. Inspired by her extensive experience in digital marketing, coaching, and nonprofit work, Lucy saw an opportunity to transform lives in Ghana.
Her vision, inspired by the etymology of IMAGINAL , revolves around harnessing the potential of visions in individuals and communities to adapt, evolve, and thrive in an ever-changing world.
The name ‘Imaginal’ also originates from the ‘imaginal cells’ that instigate the metamorphosis of a caterpillar into a butterfly. Just as these cells come together to orchestrate a stunning transformation, Lucy believed in the power of individuals to facilitate profound change when they rally together, creating robust structures of support that enable people to adapt, grow and prosper.
